I came in looking for a key solution, and instead of just selling me something standard, Carlos came up with a genius idea: he figured out a way to switch out the lock so I could use the existing keys I had already purchased. To top it all off, he actually skipped his own lunch just to make sure my keys were cut perfectly (200 of them) and I was taken care of. He is incredibly generous, sweet, and a absolute lifesaver.
